Michael Shabun, VP of Business Development and Marketing at Insta360, showcases us three different products: Insta360 Link, the latest Insta360 X3 360 degree camera, and the new Insta360 Flow gimbal.
We start with the Link, Insta360's new 4K webcam with an automatic tracking, zoom, and whiteboard recognition function. As the video shows, these functions combine to make live streaming easy and bring a lot of functionality and ease of use to the table.
The Insta 360 X3 is the world's most popular 360 camera. The latest model has a large front touch screen that stitches the whole 360 image together in real-time, and comes with Shot Lab, "a mini After Effects" that you can use to pull off a whole load of interesting post effects on your phone.
Insta360 Flow is a new gimbal designed for use with smartphones. Michael shows how it can be operated in landscape or portrait orientations or forward-facing and selfie modes. It has an AI-tracking algorithm, while person re-identification continues to track you even if you go behind another object. It also has a complete Bluetooth control so you don't need to touch the phone screen to begin recording or to switch shooting modes such as between video and photo. It's the company's first ever non-camera product and it's rather cool. Watch out for our review of it coming soon.
Finally we have a look at the company's professional cameras for broadcasters and Andrew Schwartz, Chief Creative Officer at MeetMo.io, jumps in to show how its software links with the Insta360 11K or 8K cameras to produce multi-camera broadcasts from just the single unit.
